If you don’t see your notes, you need to turn on iCloud sync for notes on your iPhone. However, the Notes web app does not allow you to archive or lock notes. Any changes you make will be synced to your iPhone via iCloud. Not only can you read your notes, but you can edit them, create new notes, add or rename folders just as easily as on iPhone.
